Beef are ready at different times throughout the year, call to reserve a slot in the upcoming months. Timeframes are dependent on butcher schedules as well. 
 
You can buy a half or a whole beef. 
$3.00/lb hanging weight.
Average weight per half is 375 - 400 pounds
 
You pay the butcher separately. We have a couple we use regularly. Below are estimates of their general fees.
Kill Fee: $35 - $40 per half
Cut & Wrap Range $.75 - $.85 per pound
Specific cuts are discussed with the butcher directly.
